Greg Greene Talks “Pacific Overtures”

January 11 2012

Although the show was nominated for 10 TONY awards when it opened on Broadway in 1976 it remains little-produced and little-known. In fact, there are only a handful of productions of this marvelous, strange, and beautiful show every year. You’re not going to want to miss the Nashville premiere of this stunning musical by Stephen Sondheim (Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, A Little Night Music). Blackbird Theater’s production is directed by Wes Driver and Greg Greene.

“Pacific Overtures” runs the first three weekends in February at the Shamblin Theater on the campus of Lipscomb University. Get your tickets today!
